My Health & Wellness Coaching practice guides clients into a new relationship with themselves, their bodies and true nourishment. The process begins by taking the time to listen and understand the challenges that have made you feel discouraged for far too long. Then, with a focus on thoughts, feelings, behaviors and actions, you will learn how to reconnect to your body's internal cues, intuition and natural appetite, getting off of the dieting treadmill once and for all.
