The mission of Whole Life Discovery is to help you discover your inner wisdom and strength – and offer guidance that helps you re-align your life – in a way and at a pace that works for you.
I believe that when we connect with our inner wisdom, we change the world for the better. After all, when we can access our wisest selves, we become clear on the actions we need to take. And when we’re clear in action, we actually create outcomes that infuse our best attitude, energy, and gifts into the world.
I believe that when we identify the tools that bring peace and balance to our own lives, we become more available to the people we love. We cannot give what we do not have. But when we cultivate the things that bring us peace and balance for ourselves, we have more of that energy available to share with our loved ones around us.
I believe that yoga is one pathway that helps us tap into our inner knowing. Yoga was the practice that allowed me to slow down, quiet my mind, access the knowledge my body held, and finally hear my inner voice loud and clear and it may be the same path for you.
I believe that self-inquiry, through coaching, is another pathway that leads to conscious, purposeful living. Through coaching, I not only accessed a deeper level of inner strength and wisdom, but gained the courage to follow through on what that inner knowing told me I needed to do. I have seen this happen for so many others, with extraordinary and unexpected results, and know it will work for you, too.
I believe that we have the power to create a truly healthy relationship with nutrition and our bodies, and eliminate the behaviors that no longer serve us. Food is just one aspect of whole life nourishment, but it’s an important one. Have you ever heard the phrase “How we do anything is how we do everything”? How we nourish ourselves physically can reveal how we show up in the world, and whether or not we’re making conscious, healthy choices overall.
I believe that when we align our lives with our values, every aspect of our lives improves. Embarking on life transitions or making big decisions isn’t something we can do in a vacuum;
It’s a WHOLE LIFE DISCOVERY, and one that starts with our highest values.
